Hmmmm i agree that would be an ideal situation, but i dont neccessarily agree with not paying the loan down a little. It could be a while before we are able to renegotiate, as you mentioned financers may want a few month's or even quarters of steady production?

Wouldnt be the worst thing though to use some of that capital to order long lead items.
