You raise a very valid point,

Jinpeng shipped these prefabricated beams in Mid January, where no ASX announcement was required.

This was around the time WKT issued shares to Faro for funding.

Yet after 2-3 weeks WKT put out an ASX announcement detailing the shipment left weeks ago and Jinpeng had agreed to the provide WKT with a line of credit to allow the delivery to occur and the payment for the items can be made when WKT has secured the funds.
Given the update, IMO it sounds like Faro funding has fallen through and WKT needed to come up with some solution with Jinpeng.
I cannot come out with any other reason why WKT would wait 2-3 weeks to update the market with an announcement.

I really wonder if in the future we will see the additional equipment valued at US$3mil being shipped from China, or if Jinpeng are only willing to allow the line of credit for the prefabricated steel.
