if it’s the same thing then why don’t you just say what is released. I don’t agree though a line of credit is the same. Deferring payment is a support offering from Jinpeng that you were shouting from the rooftops that why haven’t they done it. Now they have and you have egg on your face.
And then you will say blah blah why haven’t they sent the rest of the equipment and deferred payment on that as well. Well the reason for that is they have it in storage in China at no cost to WKT. WKT won’t need the final shipments until the steel work has been put in and the other (majority) of equipment that is in Tanzania not yet installed will be. Then WKT will be ready for the final shipment. It’s called project management something else you appear to have no concept of.
By the time WKT need to ship the final components they are expecting to have the final funding component squared away. No need to ask Jinpeng for any more help than they have already provided in spades. And your story just is what it is.
