    Can anybody share for the lamens what exactly this means... I read this as we may receive Saffron shares in exchange for (the same value) of PVE shares. It says shareholders need to be eligible to receive this.. what are the restrictions here to being "eligible"? Will we hold Saffron on the LSX or the ASX?
