They havent but will announce a record date as i understand it. share price of WGX will have mininal impact i think. 16million dollars is attributed to what is being spun off. so maybe 5c in reality. If they are understating value then maybe 10c. All my musing ofcourse. i am only just an investor with not full knowledge of what could be happening exactly.
