A cap raise at current prices and with the risks involved would likely be unsuccessful or would have been needed at a massive discount, considering its only been 6 months since the last equity raise. Hopefully they avoid needing to draw down the loan, but they've been careful with the wording in the last few announcements ("subject to weather")
