    I think management and staff probably deserve a pay increase given the fact they took a voluntary decrease during the time when the green activist litigation and NZPAM inertia meant that NTL was floating in the water for a time. It wouldn't bother me one iota if they did get a pay increase.

    I note that the company has outlined in the past its near term exploration targets and the reasons and potential of those targets, its plans for Phase 1 mining and its performance and financial obligations in its JV with Newcrest. All the information is there, most of it exists in the Rights Issue Offer Document to which the shortfall application relates.

    The "5 point plan" you refer to is simply paraphrasing what the company has already told you. Perhaps check over your notes and research about the company and see whether your use of capital letters is truly justified - that's what a junior mining expert would do
