One thing I do know is that all the options that were previously issued are now useless unless the heads share price goes a fair bit above 1 cent and the owner converts them themselves.
Who is going to buy an option that has a strike price of 1 cent and expires in August 2021 when they can buy one that has a strike price of .8 cents with an expiry date of Feb 2022. Bit of a shame for all those who supported the company with their cash earlier.
Lets just hope that this thing does actually take off and everyone gets the chance to convert.
