Agree, IMHO NTL is smart here they seem to be allowing “someone “ to buy a large parcel may be over 100m shares at this price. To collect a large volume in the market, you will have to pay north of 3c so this offer seems an attractive proposition to a player who wants to have a say in decision making.

If it spans out this way, I think Mr market will like it.
