Shortfall of what,
(number of share holders at rec date * 15K worth of shares) - SPP amount already issued.

Don't recall seeing a target nor max amount on offer in SPP docs, so where does the shortfall come from??

First reaction is, yeah slap in the face, but maybe I'm missing something, just looks like my holding will be diluted, mad rush to meet the SPP deadline, was told 5pm cut off etc etc......
