74 million shares subscribed for which includes 15 million from the new Hishenk director who advanced $150k earlier.So 49 million subscribed for is poor as expected and saved bythe underwriters.
The language is so poor, again this announcement talks of a further placement.Nothing to inspire confidence at all in a raising when the only news or talk is that they are considering all funding options including a placement!
