Options are unlisted & were issued as one @ 0.003 for every two new shares issued @ 0.001 ... so if all options are converted thats an inflow of 150% of the rights issue sum raised. Broker took unlisted options for fee so that is a vote of some confidence along with the investors who took up the shortfall.
