I spoke to someone before posting this minutes ago,

"Announcement coming in approx 30mins !!!!
Their just doing some calculations at the moment.
Then it will take whatever time for the ASX to process and release to the market.

They definately got something !!

They said they will release info their lunchtime (sth Aus - 30 mins behind melbourne) to the ASX.
