A stronger sustained oil price has lead to a massive 34% increase in Angola's state revenue for the first half of 2021, comparing to the same period last year.
- Strong state revenues are creating a really supportive environment for the country's diversification into agriculture. It's hard to believe government off-takes won't proceed soon after DFS considering the Angolan government is pushing for agricultural investment so hard and has the cash to support the projects. They are very aware the oil age will soon come to an end and a diversified economy is the way to be ready.
Angola, Turkey Sign Framework Agreement On Defence: "Other cooperation agreements feature trade, agriculture, education, culture, defence, justice and sports."
- Currently, Angola's biggest fresh produce export trading partner has been Portugal. It seems foundations are being laid to sell and export to Turkey.
