I think its unlikely to be serious... more like an appropriate opportunity whilst being charged more by the govt bandits.
The repair was completed before it was even reported. The team already onboard, so lets do an inspection to be on the safe side and bring forward some maintenance....How much maintenance can you do on a rig that size in two weeks? Nor very much I would think.
