For me, the insights are on slide 9.

*Doubling sorting and packing capacity (presumably at Carina West, and within existing building envelope)

The ABC reported there is a planting moratorium among almond growers due to the drought. Fair enough.

A modest investment in more permanent water rights is possible, though prices are likely elevated at the moment.

So the cashflow from this year's bumper crop goes to bank deposits as SHV is debt free (Slide 6).

PT & team will have plenty of dry powder when the rains come. Land buying as the drought bites might be in order too.
