The dam failed over a period of 3 to 4 weeks; it was inevitable because the under drain valves were closed and the dam wall became saturated. The hole saga smells; " innocent mistake" is the cover story.
The sp dropped from $1.20 odd to 65c in the 3 to 4 week period of dam negligence.
