And also silly me last week for thinking the case with GHD could run for years. Who cares, that's what we have insurance for. To pay us the money now while they chase to get it back from GHD's insurance. Just like when you crash your car. You don't wait for that kid with no insurance to pay you 10 bucks a week till he is 40 before you get repairs. You get your insurance to pay it, then chase them for the money.
If the bank won't extend finance, then a bit of CR may be required. But if another 10 mill shares are in circulation, I can deal with that!!
