re: Ann: Siana mine site - new production for... does anyone have a view on the production guidance for 2016 at just 45k oz? My most recent discussion with the company (2 months ago) indicated production would be maintained at +85k oz pa till 2019 via open-cut, when they would then shift to underground sourced gold for the last 2-3 years of production at ~75k oz pa. My concern (and it may be misplaced) is obviously if the open-cut section of the mine is in decline from 2016, not 2020, Sianna's equity value falls significantly as the underground section will require more cap ex upfront and has 60% higher cash costs.
