a) Finance has been de-risked:- This is a massive positive. Debt financiers will not come to the table unless equity component is sorted. With 50-60% equity secured - 40% debt will be walk in the park especially when Export agencies and govt support is behind the project.

b) Offtake is still open:- Lithium market is still facing tailwinds of demand supply gap. Decoupling of strategic equity and offtake is very positive. In an attempt to get equity funding we did not have to sign-off 100% offtakes at less than commercial terms. Now we can negotiate from a position of strength.

c) Floor under the SP:- We had a good run in last 4 weeks leading to this ANN. $0.65 will provide a very important market reference point and potentially act as a resistance point (if we ever need one) - DYOR obviously but I don't think we will be around this for long.
