    what a joke. why did it take 10 years to prove that a Singapore backed company could have taken steps to put KSC into liquidation and thus void the JV. you'd think this would have been looked at during the start of the case and avoided 10 years of pain and legal costs... why has this only come to light now??? what a joke of a court system
