The judgement is so extraordinary I don't think it can stand. WEC should appeal or even start a claim in another Court perhaps in Australia but I don't know where the money will come from to do that. An Australian Court has already ruled that damages were due when it froze the Kangaroo Resources shares so the SICC has contradicted that ruling which must surely be challenged. Perhaps some of the large holders will want to make a fight of it.
