It seems to me that now they’ve found decent resources they’re waiting for a buy out from one of the other major gold companies. if they were serious about mining the gold there’s no reason that they can’t go to some major banks and ask for a loan at a decent rate .. there would be some banks who fight for the opportunity to lend them money. CRs only get the company so far the Chairman/ CEO of DYL has already said that’s what he intends to do when he decides to mine the uranium!.
