At a conservative estimate (thanks sfdude) XST share of this well, at this stage (at assumed 35% recovery with 10% share) is about 1.8 million barrels, which is worth about $29m to XST (@ $16 NPV per barrel). That basically puts the options easily within reach of being in the money (29,000,000/152,000,000 = 19 cents per share fully diluted for options). And there are 20 months to go untill the options expire (June 2013)so alot more could be discovered by then.
