Osi , what is relevant here (if SD spuds) is the lack of cash in all JVPs (save for Gulfsands) as far as I can see , CRs will be required all round imo , the geology is tricky , witness Lambourka and more recently Menzel Hurr-1 (60 day drill onshore). The funding partners need plenty of cash for relatively common delays / downhole problems imo.
Only question is what price(s) could funds be raised at in this current environment?
