The timing due to Ramadan is probably the cause of additional spares. Imagine we are drilling and bang on Tuesday next week the choke valve fails, the drill will have to stop as where in the world would you get a replacement choke valve during Eid?
Better to be safe then sorry, but hey what would I know!
