Well (no pun intended) there you are guys. VIL really is just tagging along here on the coat tails of ADX as they (ADX) try and work through what appears to be a rather complex situation. Obviously this means more delays, but work is progressing. They should give all the poor buggers in the local community work.
Interesting bit about "good progress has been made on final preparations of all test equipment from other services including test and oil processing equipment and crude trucking". This points to them being PRETTY CONFIDENT of a good outcome.
Fingers crossed still.
