It's great to see them continue to expand distribution around the world, and I think we'd rather hear this news and know what's going on rather than silence

Why is it not price sensitive? Probably 2 reasons: there's no real indication as to what financial impact this will have. If they said this contract were to provide $2m a year income, that would be price sensitive! Also I think they released some of these as price sensitive, but they don't se.to move the share price that much, except for the normal range.
