The major issue is the huge funding requirement for Sembehun given the Area 1 mine life is running out in the next 3 years. This will need to involve a significant equity raise + a large debt issue so the market is pricing in uncertainty ahead of that.
Additionally given jurisdiction and market cap, not a lot of people looking into it. So ultimately some good reasons for it to be cheap but probably not this cheap!
