Slide 13 notes that NTA is at 40 cents. Even at 25% NTA, you get 10 cents and current share price is below that. Lots of things can happen here, but the PPT holding is keeping a lid on things here. There's 70 million shares on the bid at 6 and 6.1 cents, what games are getting played here. Is it another fund trying to buy from PPT or just a dummy bid. Who knows?????
