what it allows is the possibility of getting remote care options out to regional Qld which is pretty significant. Up here in the sunshine state we have quite a different demographic spread from all of you other parts of the country. About half the population is outside of the capital and lots of the population is a good deal away. Gladstone has a good sized and well paid population but no maternity services… Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton all serve as the closest major city for a big chunk of population spread over an enormous area so this could easily work in central to FNQ. There still need to be an Ob/Gyn involved but lots of the GPs will be able to access HeraCARE of some description.

on its own this isn’t a game changer but if GC Health goes green and then there is the ability to use this sort of health platform… this is where we start collecting lots of small sales while waiting for the bigger things like Broward or whatever to materialise. At least it demonstrates that the business is actively pursuing opportunities.
