obviously this technology couldnt help one who is mentally ill because of torture,so its basically for the relativelly lucky mentally ill,or even lucky by comparison ,in my opinion this share will stay around this low thirty area for a fair while unless wall st takes a big fall ,But one thing many forget is that psychiatry and psychology are industries in decline,ie there was much more of it thirty or more years ago
