I like you thinking but the US school shooting responders would mostly be state police.
On a federal level the US has specific departments so it doesnt really match the language of the announcement. Fingers crossed though.

I searched national police for each of those countries.

New Zealand has a very clearly defined national police service and would be the obvious one out of the list.

Taiwan and Hong Kong kind of have national police but I doubt they would bring in an Australian company.

Finland and Austria could be possibilities but are not as accessable at NZ for an australian company.

The ann is a good reminder that most of the potential deals for the company would be under an NDA and there could be several promising opportunities in store.
