This is great to see, and shows a disciplined approach to capital management.
I know SSH's debt levels have been a concern to many shareholders (and potential shareholders), but the fact that this debt is against income-producing assets and is being steadily paid down really gives me comfort about the medium-term prospects of this business.
I toured the north-west recently and met with the Development Commissions, Local Governments and local industry chambers, and with the pipeline of already-committed projects / capex and further projects in well advanced feasibility stages, I don't see things slowing down any time soon!
I think the future augurs well for SSH, and I'll be continuing to add to my holding
