I believe the first highlighted point says it all:
The WA State Government has approved the Stage 2 Conservation Management Plan (CMP) for
initial low-impact drilling at the Julimar Project Hartog-Baudin targets.
Hopefully tomorrow they will come out with another announcement saying "Drilling has begun at the first Hartog target" as well as clearing up any info from today's announcement that could have been misinterpreted.
