That just blows my mind - I think the price is a tad high but the company could easily have listed itself and the EBITDA Multiple is 7.55 times.
However, the big takeout for me is 2/3rds in New Zealand and only 1/3rd in OZ. Plus the opportunity to do Veterinary as well.
That's really, for me, a potential game changer - It really makes this, if executed suv=ccesfully a really well-diversified business.
