I agree that it is a good acquisition - offshore revenue from a solid business. While you spend money to make money my concern is debt - the capital raising had debt dropping from 2.0x to 1.4x. This purchase pushes us back into the 2.0x to 2.5x. Also agree with joewolf that now is the time to stabilise, bed the integrations down and get some efficiency gains that reduce costs and improve EBITDA and NPAT
