Looks a lot like Western Biomedical V2.0 doesn't it. Large acquisition to gain a foothold in a new geography from which to leverage existing products / platform. An unexpected acquisition but it's on point in terms of their stated strategy.
The move from here must be to take the foot of the acquisition pedal (following the 2 still outstanding) I think and bed down these new acquisitions. This coupled with the big move in SA will have their hands full.
A number of really good acquisitions which will provide a great platform to organically grow towards $250mil + revenue and ASX 300 inclusion. Exciting times ahead.
