    re: Ann: Significant Acquisition of Cloud-bas... I don't think this is MSC diversifying, it's more PRM getting a cheap way to list on the ASX. Unless people close to PRM are the ones stumping-up the $2.5mil then PRM is getting a listed company for nix.
