    Happy to see this announcement from ARD
    Would be even happier to see Silver rally above $21usd!
    Fundamentals certainly appear to me to be getting stronger for PM's
    Thursday's vote to replace obamacare could be significant if it goes down, could loose confidence in getting through tax cuts, the budget, debt ceiling, infrastructure,... etc etc
    Nobody likes it when the market looses confidence, except maybe Gold and Silver???
