In colorado wells are brought online from maybe 200 barrels onward, so getting up around 600 barrels a day is a good well, at current prices that would pay for itself within a year.
Think the property has potential for 400 wells, if they all pay themselves back within a year and are pumping after that for minimal cost, the numbers get crazy real quick.
