as far as i know, barminco is run by Peter Bartlett and may be up for sale, however the mine is owned by FMR which may be peter Bartlett, but these are two different companies

because Barminco may be up for sale, it dosent mean FMR is selling Eloise and therefore there would be no change of control

i may be confused about what you are trying to say
