I've heard on the grape vine that Delphi have been a spanner in the works for GCY on at least a couple of occasions.
I don't think it's reasonable to give them such a leveraged deal on the royalty agreement.
This situation was always dynamic not static.
Times have changed!
Never Never is lighting up wherever they point the drill.
Voting against the royalty agreement is a no brainer IMHO.
