The majority of small caps have seen consecutive red days Matty.
Many have gone for safety and a lot of blue chips etc are near all time highs.
many say this will have a flow on affect to small caps.
Battery minerals appear to be at their lows and REE prices should see a good rebound in as little as 2-3 months.
Now is the time to be buying.
lows are in or very near.
