Can anyone explain the $500k element of the deal in this announcement? In the headlines, its positioned as SaaS revenue annually. Then in the body of the announcement, its noted as $500k in transaction fees. Transaction fees aren't SaaS revenues, they are totally different. I assume EML also has to take a cut of the $500k in transactions fees as well, so how much revenue does 8CO take home? Would appreciate any insights from those who know the economics of CardHero+ better than I do.
