Not sure why they needed a 2 day trading halt for that. Cap on the pre-IPO valuation at USD 500m seems to be new info which means they aren't closing deals even at this valuation currently. 9% interest on the debt is high but term is only 1 year so it was bridging money and at least they got the UAE money in the door now. Disappointing, needs to sign more major contracts, its nearly 4 years since the UAE deal and we can see how long that took to get money in the door.
