Does he realise that the bond isn’t a cash liability, but rather operates like a bond when you rent a house. Cash has been stumped up and is released once contract has been performed. So there’s no ‘cancelling’ of receipts. Is that not an example of complete ignorance?
And again, mis-characterising SpaceLink. It is a backhaul for LEO operators enabling real time ground linking. It has nothing to do with StarLink, which is an internet provider..
