that's interesting. I may have to switch broker as I've never picked up quarter point trades through Third Party or Commsec. But after thinking about it you're right, the small retail account could be on one side of the trade with the bot on the other buying or selling at quarter points. they're certainly the only ones that put on those pesky single share price moving trades. Fortunately the odds are in favour of some very big news so the sp is somewhat inconsequential for the time being and the next impending rerate. btw I like your username and couldn't help but chuckle when I saw the pic. didn't he say that the trouble with the French is that they have no word for entrepreneur!
