Always possible for a placement to occur , but why would EVS do it at a discount when it has so much cash in its piggy bank ?
Mind you there is stupidity out there , I have one company that did a cap raise with Funder Baker and then did the same crap later with Moelis and never had Baker or Moelis escrow the shares , consequently the discounted placement shares were sold straight away on market so dropping the share price
Could do a placement to an insto at a premium I guess if someone wants a big stake in the company .
