    He's been saying that for 3 months yet the Share Price is down another -60% since.

    Last time he said that, a whole $98 changed hands on RCR:

    $4k traded so far today is a joke.

    No one could even get a position with that.

    As a side note, market cap trading for cash. Could be rock bottom. Who knows.
